The other day at Maths. We went onto Mathigon, and I learnt about rotate, flip and slide by 90, 180, 270, 360 degrees to create some interesting things like...
*DRAMATIC DRUM ROLL*
This!
This is my friend, Sirhatsalot. He got his name because his hat, you see, was a spear piece when I created him. This is what he turned out to be, and this is what he was meant to be... (I still like him the way he is, though!)
This is Mr. Nohat. He has no hat. And his chest is bigger.

We should have our own individual desks.
We should have our own individual desks. | Nowadays, classrooms can be pigstyes. Kids losing things 24/7, books strune out all over the place, kids searching for their pencil-cases, makes you wish for the good old days, when they had desks. Wait… good old days? Desks? Why can’t that be now! Blue Spot, which is a company that provides workspace furniture, says it ‘Promotes independence’ and that ‘Creating a workspace is the child's own space, and can help them figure out problems.’ If we had our own individual desks we might not lose our stuff as much, because we would work at the desk all the time, and keep everything at that place. |
This is my argument for why we should have desks. It sounds like and ad, but i'm proud of it. Whats your opinion?
