Lock-down... DND Style!

Lock-down… DND Style!

20/4/20
The Announcement

The announcer steps up to the alter.
His voice booms throughout the cave of wisdom.
“The queen of the kingdom New Zealandia has announced
that we will go into quarantine!”
Suddenly murmurs echoed throughout the cave.
Swiftly the announcer rolled a charisma check.
The D20 turned and turned, and then stopped. 15.
He looks relieved. He had done it, passed the party's
charisma level, just. “QUIET!” Suddenly, the whole party
settled.

The announcer is a well heightened man, he has a bald head
but makes up for it with his beard,
which goes down to his waist.
He also always carried a staff.
He wears old fashioned clothes,
and always keeps a pencil or two in his breast pocket.
FYI, he is a Bard!
Also his race is Human.

The caves opening stares out over the ocean,
as our god is the god of the ocean.
Our cave is at the top of Rawhiti mountain.

All of a sudden, we hear a loud bell. It strikes three.

“All right! Time to go home, you goblins!” Yells the Paladin.
He is a tall man, who has NO hair on his heir on his head or
face. He is very strong, he is a Half-Orc by the way! Most
people think Half-Orcs are dumb, but NOT this one!
In fact, he is one of the smartest people I know!

The whole party grabs their lunch sacks, and their flasks,
and stuff them in their rucksack.

“Just remember, don’t come here tomorrow!”
Yelled the Wizard. The Wizard is a tall Elf. She has long,
black hair with pink tips, that goes down to her shoulders.
Her highest ability score is charisma. But this time she
didn't need to roll anything.

As me and my friends walk
down the back entrance to the mountain, Max, a Half-Elf
Bard, starts galloping up the mountain on his horse
(Horses are Bikes by the Way!). Max is a medium sized guy,
with short, red hair, and freckles covering his face.
He is singing a rather catchy tune.

“Everything is cancelled, Everything is cancelled cos of
Covid-19, Everything is cancelled, And we're stuck in
quarantine!” We all started to laugh.

Hi guys, hope you enjoyed that! I will do a Chapter 2 soon, but would love to hear your feedback! For now, goodbye!

  1. Hi Abe,
This is so awesome and funny and I love the song at the end
Next time maybe remember to put the next person talking on a different line. also adding comas in some places would connect the whole piece together?
    This is awesome
